How much does an AI chatbot cost for a hostel or PG in India?

Can it tell a student that a bed is available or booked?
No — on purpose. It cannot see your beds, so it never says a room is free, held or booked, and it never takes an advance. It collects the request (sharing type, move-in date, college, name and phone) and your team confirms. If you switch on booking, it can book a time for a hostel visit.
Does it work for boys' hostels, girls' hostels and co-living?
Yes. Write who your place is for in your details — a girls' hostel, separate boys' and girls' blocks, or a co-living space for working people — and the AI follows it politely. It answers parents too, and never asks for an Aadhaar or ID number in the chat.
I also want an Out-In register, fees and complaints for my residents. Is that included?
