2. Our Services
Chatsettu provides an AI-powered chat agent platform that allows businesses to:
- Create AI agents trained on website content, PDFs, images, or custom knowledge
- Embed chat widgets on their websites
- Share AI agent links via URL or QR code
- Capture leads and receive instant notifications
- View analytics and conversation history

Message Validity Policy:
- No Expiry: Messages never expire — use at your own pace, no monthly deadline
- Limit Based: Plan ends only when message limit is fully used up
- Recharge When Empty: Once exhausted, renew your plan to get fresh credits
- No Pressure: Take 1 month or 6 months — messages stay until you use them all
- Plan Active: Your plan stays active until you cancel — we never auto-cancel
Example: On Pro plan, you get 5,000 messages. If you use 2,000 in the first month and 1,500 in the second month, you still have 1,500 remaining. Your plan only needs renewal when all 5,000 messages are completely used up. No monthly resets!
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Chatsettu for:
- Spreading misinformation or fake news
- Illegal activities or services
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Adult content or gambling services
- Impersonating other businesses or individuals
- Any activity that violates Indian laws or regulations
5. AI Content Disclaimer
Chatsettu's AI agents generate responses based on the knowledge you provide. We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or outdated information provided by the AI
- Business decisions made based on AI responses
- Any losses arising from AI-generated content
You are responsible for reviewing and updating your agent's knowledge base regularly.
6. Refund Policy
- Starter plan is free — no refund applicable
- Pro & Agency plans: Refund within 7 days of payment will be considered
- No refund for partial usage

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our systems. You can delete individual AI agents anytime from your dashboard, or request full account deletion by emailing chatsettu@gmail.com.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of jurisdiction where Chatsettu is registered.
